1. How many days does it take to arrive to me shipping via UPS Ground?See below for transit time map.
2. When will my order ship?Orders usually ship between 24-48 hours, with US Postal Service, UPS Ground shipping, or ABF Freight. *During periods of high volume, such as the holiday season, allow 3-4 days for an order to ship, when using UPS ground Service, or ABF freight. * If you need a package to arrive by a specific date, you MUST select UPS 3-DAY SELECT, UPS 2ND DAY AIR, OR UPS NEXT DAY SAVER, to ensure delivery on a specific date. Orders made with priority shipping will leave the same business day, if ordered by 2pm, EST. You will receive an email with tracking information when the order ships or you may check it online, under the Shipped Orders screen.
3. How do you figure out when your package will arrive?Transit time begins by counting the next business day, not counting Saturdays and Sundays, or major holidays. For example, if an order is sent via UPS 2nd day Air, and ordered on a Monday by 2pm EST, it would arrive on Wednesday. UPS orders with Ground service do not have shipping priority, and do not have a guaranteed shipping date. Transit times to your location can be found in the UPS transit map (shown below). Deliveries to states outside the 48 contiguous states do not have specific guaranteed transit times. US Postal service orders have no guaranteed transit times, and are not point-to-point trackable. For ABF orders, transit time varies; please call for details on transit times. You will also receive an email with tracking information when your order ships that you may track on (UPS) http://www.ups.com/, or (ABF) http://www.abfs.com/.
4. Can I get Saturday delivery?Saturday delivery is not available.
5. Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the United States?
We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii but shipping prices vary. Please call us at 877-798-8500 for a shipping quote. We do not ship outside of the United States.
6. You billed me twice! Why?We didn't!! 99% of the time a person who ask this question is using a debit/check card to make the purchase with us. If you monitor your account every day, you will see the initial "authorization" of your payment. This authorization is when we take the payment off the credit limit of the card so it will be there for us when we do actually charge your card. Then we will actually charge your card when the product ships out. You can verify all of this information with your bank.
7. What is your return policy?At The Poker Market.com, we realize that all sales may not be final. If you make a purchase and wish to return it, you have 30 days to do so. We must be notified of the return within the first 30 days of the product being shipped.To initiate a return, .please go to www.yourshipping.com and generate the return form to include in the package. If this does not happen, we do not know where the package came from and you will not receive credit for the return. For our full return policy click here.
8. Can I track my order online?
Yes. Use the tracking number provided in your email receipt in our track order area at the top of our home page.
9. How do I know my personal and financial information is secure?
